The University of Lincoln offers a choice of a wide-range of flexible spaces and venues to suit your business meeting, conference or event requirements.

In a great location on Brayford Waterfront and a short walk from Lincoln’s central train station – the University of Lincoln has a diverse portfolio of conference facilities with the ability to cater for all business needs whether it is a seminar space, small or large conferences, team building events, awards ceremonies, private parties or exhibitions.

Our city centre campus has a variety of lecture spaces accommodating up to 500 people in one theatre at one time, more than 75 seminar rooms providing flexible working space, specialist training facilities including the Media and Broadcasting Production Centre, LPAC and the region’s largest entertainment venue, The Engine Shed all available to hire.   

The University also has conferencing and wedding facilities within the extensive grounds of our agricultural campus, Riseholme Park to the north of the city. Riseholme Park offers free parking for delegates and an attractive, relaxed setting just off the A15 making it an ideal location for your guests to travel to.    

Our in-house catering team can provide both formal and informal dining and we have a dedicated team of technicians to support your event throughout the year. For those looking to run larger residential type events, en-suite accommodation is also available during vacation periods.

Our Events and Conferencing team have significant experience organising and co-ordinating meetings, conferences, high-profile University events as well as formal dinners, awards, exhibitions and parties. Our team provides professional event coordination with a personal touch, working with you to ensure your event runs smoothly throughout.
